Shanone Emmack

Shanone Emmack is the founder of Emmack Probate and Estate Law Group in Franklin, Tennessee. Licensed to practice in Tennessee since 2015, she brings nine years of experience representing clients in trust litigation, conservatorships, wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning and probate matters. Ms. Emmack earned her J.D. from the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University in 2012 and her B.A. in Quantitative Methods and Business from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has been recognized on the Rising Stars list from 2021 through 2025.
